Skills Reset

Staffs skills are now reset, there are also no more ::master for admins as well.

nice we keep prayer and hp
but it is a pain to train all the skills we worked hard for.
and are exp rates 810?

omfg why???? all my skills cmon why the **ck u did this oahh u did it just in time when i wannted to get 200m xp in ea skill ;(

second it would be unfair for players that all the staff are at the top of the list

but anyway b4 i did ::master i had 99 str, att, def, range, herblore, thieving and skills with 40 or bigger lvls

omg i kno before i was mod i was 126 and i have to do it again now and im not ranked on highscores :O

hey its only fair for the players, and stop complaining lol

2 things, do Moderators still have master?
The second thing is, what becomes the difference of being a Moderator or an Administrator?

no moderators cannot use ::master, if they did then admins would be able to use it.
And an admin can do loads more than a mod.

First off let me say that i agree with jenova, staff have a higher rank then normal players and skillers i had to do that because when you were staff you ::master 'd so i took down your exp. Also sorry for all that worked hard but this is only fair for other players.

awwww man now i cant wear skillcapes cause not al skills are trainable and i only have 99 pray and hp atm dis is gonna take a while ..... took me bout a month to get 126 ....

Actually every skill but fishing is trainable im going to try this week or not maybe next week on fishing.
